Hello Pinecrest Premier Soccer Club Families. We hope you’re safe & well.

We’re excited and thrilled to announce the start of our SPRING LEAGUE 2024 “REC” Soccer Season to take place from February 26, through May 11, 2024. To sign up, please click the registration button and have your corresponding credit card information ready. Below you’ll find useful program information and our proposed schedule for our Spring “REC” Soccer League. We look forward to seeing you on the pitch. Early registration Opens Monday, January 22nd. Registration Closes Friday, February 9th, 2024. (Note: Credit Cards must be provided to register and charged (processed) to secure a spot on a team)
Practices are to start the week of Monday, February 26, 2024, at Palmetto Elementary-Middle School and Pinecrest Community Center.
First coaches/team meeting to take place on: TBD
Games are to commence on Saturday, March 9, at Palmetto Elementary-Middle School, or another Village of Pinecrest Park (Friday afternoon games are possible subject to the scheduling approval by the Village or Pinecrest): NO GAMES DATES: March 30 (Easter weekend)

9-AM, 10-AM, 11-AM, 12-PM, 1-PM and 2-PM (If necessary).
The season runs from February 22nd through May 4th with a makeup game date on May 11th.


  1. Practice and Game venues may include Palmetto Elementary-Middle School, Pinecrest Community Center, and/or other facilities approved and provided by PPSC and/or VOP.
  2. Practices are to take place once or twice per week depending on coaches’ availability between Monday and Thursday in 45-minute durations. There are only three time slots available: 3:30, 4:30 and 5:30PM.
  3. Two (2) sessions per week minimum (1 practice and 1 game).
  4. Balls, bag, cones & scrimmage vest supplied for team practice equipment.
  5. Games will be played on Saturday mornings/early afternoons with some games potentially played on Friday evenings subject to approval by PPSC and VOP.
  6. Game uniforms and practice jerseys are included for newly registered players who did not participate in the Fall or Winter League Seasons.
  7. Each team formed must have a parent volunteer as the designated coach; a coaching voucher providing a “Free Registration” for the coach’s son or daughter.
  1. 3v3 or 4v4 format (No players are allowed in the goal box when the team is defending)
  2. 40-minute games (4 x 10-minute quarters) with centrally controlled timekeeping
  3. 50% Rule – All players on the roster must play at least 50% of the game time
  4. Midfield build-out line on all Goal Kicks
  5. Kick-ins for U5 and U6 and Throw-ins for U7 and above
  6. Game times: 09:00, 10:00, 11:00, 12:00, 1:00 and 2:00 PM (If necessary)
  7. Crossover games are possible, whereby teams can play against an older age team, hence U5 vs U6 games can be scheduled
  8. League operates without keeping any records, scores, results, or standings
  1. Maximum of 8 players which allows for the 50% rule to be easily achieved
  2. One parent volunteers to coach or assist with coaching duties at practices and games
  3. One Team Representative (manager/liaison) to create group/team chat for weekly communications with directors
  4. Siblings can participate on the same team for up to 2-year age difference maximum, subject to parents’ and directors’ approval
SPRING LEAGUE SEASON (February 26 – May 11)
  1. February 26: Practices start
  2. March 9: Games commence
  3. March 30: Easter Weekend (No games)
  4. May 4: Season ends
  5. May 11: Makeup games if necessary
