Hello Pinecrest Premier Soccer Club Families. We hope you’re safe & well.

We’re excited and thrilled to announce the start of our Winter/Spring 2021-2022 “REC” Soccer Season. To sign up, please click the registration button and have your corresponding credit card information ready.

Below you’ll find useful program information and our proposed schedule for the Spring REC Soccer League. We look forward to seeing you on the pitch.

Due Date:
Binding registrations must be completed on or before Friday, Friday, January 7th, 2022. (Note: Credit Card must be provided in order to register & secure a spot and/or a team, credit cards will only be processed and charged when the practices/season actually kicks off.)
Practices to start on Monday, January 24th, 2022 at Pinecrest Community Center and Palmetto Middle School
First Meeting:
First coaches/team meeting to take place on Monday, January 10th, 2022
Games to commence on Saturday, February 5th 2022 at Palmetto Middle School
Runs from January 24 through April 23 with NO games scheduled on Presidents Day (Saturday, February 19) and Easter Sunday Weekend (Saturday, April 16)
Additional Information pertaining to the PPSC Recreations Programs:
  • Practice and Game venues may include Pinecrest Community Center, Palmetto Elementary, and/or other facility approved and provided by PPSC and/or VOP
  • Practices to take place on Monday-Thursday in 45-minute durations with 3 time slots, 3:00, 4:00 and 5:00 PM
  • Two (2) sessions per week minimum (1 practice and 1 game)
  • Balls, bag, cones & scrimmage vest supplied for team practice equipment
  • Games are will be played on Saturday mornings/early afternoons with some games potentially played on Friday evenings subject to approval by PPSC and VOP
  • Game uniforms and practice jerseys included
  • Each team formed must have a parent volunteer as the designated coach; coaching voucher providing a “Free Registration” for coach’s son or daughter
  • Experience teams from the Fall League Season can request in writing when ready and appropriate to play up one age division for better competition to avoid playing lopsided games vs inferior teams in the same age division


  1. 4v4 format (No players are allowed in the goal box when team is defending)
  2. 40-minute games (4 x 10-minute quarters) with centrally controlled timekeeping
  3. 50% Rule – All players on the roster must play at least 50% of the game time
  4. Midfield build out line on all Goal Kicks
  5. Kick-ins for U5 and U6 and Throw-ins for U7 and above
  6. Game times: 09:00, 10:15, 11:30, 12:45 and 1:00 PM
  7. Crossover games are possible, whereby teams can play vs an older age team, hence U5 vs U6 games can be scheduled
  8. League operates without keeping any records, scores, results or standings
  1. Maximum of 8 players which allows for 50% rule to be easily achieved
  2. One parent volunteer to coach or assist with coaching duties at practices and games
  3. One Team Representative (manager/liaison) to create group/team chat for weekly communications from directors
  4. Siblings can participate on same team up to 2-year age difference maximum, subject to parents and directors’ approval
