January 18, 2010 - Ocala, Fl. - Pinecrest Premier SC’s U10 Girls Blue team met up with some formidable opponents in this past weekend to play for the USSSA SouthEast Regional Championship. The girls dominated the opposition from the start to finish, allowing only 2 goals the during entire tournament. In the finals they competed against the highly ranked Braden River Rage team. An early goal put the team in total control of the game, allowing only one shot on goal the entire game, the Pinecrest girls defeated Braden River 2-0 to claim the championship. The result added to their tournament domination, as they outscored their opponents by a combined score of 11-2. Their championship has ensured they qualify for the Nationals in Kansas City this coming October.
