Registration for players selected to our 2010-2011 Select Travel Teams

Welcome to Pinecrest Premier On-Line Soccer Registration 

Registration for the Pinecrest Premier Soccer 2010-2011 season is now open

All Players must be registered by 7/15/10
 

If your child was chosen to one of our select travel teams, you will need to start the registration process by reading below and providing the required information.  When starting the on-line process, please use your primary email address, in order to receive a confirmation receipt for your child’s registration.  A copy of the filled out registration form accompanied with all other information must be either mailed in or brought to the office.  The form can be downloaded here.  The online registration process will ONLY accept the mail-in check option at this time.  If you wish to pay by credit card, you may do so in person at the Pinecrest Premier office.  Once you have reviewed the information required, you can click on the registration button below to start the process.  All documentation must be received or registration will not be completed.
 
Note:  All items required for successful registration
·         Registration Form
·         Two passport sized photos
·         Check for registration fee (credit card payment available in office)
·         Notarized medical release waiver
·         Copy of Birth Certificate (If previously registered with FYSA, no birth certificate is needed.)
·         Players with foreign birth certificates need US school report cards prior to the players 12th birthday. 
 
Registration Fees for 2010-2011

CLUB REGISTRATION FEE FOR A TRAVEL/COMPETITIVE PLAYER IS $430.00
 
  • $20 sibling discount will be available for each additional child after first full registration is paid.
  • Additional fees may be required in the event lighted fields need to be secured.
  • Tournament and referee fees are an additional cost per player. These fees are communicated by individual team managers.
If you would like to be considered for financial assistance through Pinecrest Premier Soccer Club, please contact us via email. Your request will be reviewed in confidence by the Club Executive.
 
Refund Policy
Once a player has been fully registered with the club, they are bound for the seasonal year.  If a player exits the club prior to the start of the regular season and no later than September 1st, only a 50% refund of the registration fee will be administered. There will be NO refunds administered past the deadline of September 1st.  All hardships will be handled on a case by case basis by a Club Executive.
