2011-2012 Coaching Staff

Josh Kirk  enters his 7th season as a coach at Pinecrest Premier.  He holds a USSF National "D’ Coaching license.  A local soccer star, Coach Josh played college soccer at the Univesity of Bridgeport in Connecticut.  He is one of the bright young talents at Pinecrest Premier. He believes, "The difference between failure and success is doing a thing nearly right and doing it exactly right"  For the 2011-2012 Season,  Coach Josh will be the head coach of the U11 Boys Blue Team.

Anthony Hazelwood  Anthony Hazelwood enters his 3rd season as a coach at Pinecrest Premier. He currently holds the USSF “B” National License, the NSCAA Advanced National Diploma, the Instituto Brasileiro de Futebol Level III License, and the NSCAA Level I Goalkeeping Diploma. He is currently taking his Master’s degree at FIU in Sports and Fitness. He believes, “My mission, as a coach and educator, is to fully increase the physical and mental capacity of all athletes in the most positive and productive manner .”  For the 2011-2012 Season Coach Anthony will be with the U11 Boys White Team and U12 Girls Black Team.

Oscar Ernand  For the 2011-2012 Season Coach Oscar will be with the U11 Boys Grey Team.  Coach Oscar enters his third season at Pinecrest and has been coaching soccer for more than 10 years. He holds the United States Soccer Federation D license, Member of NSCAA (National Soccer Coaches Association of America), registered with Miami-Dade County Public School System, Region 5 National Director for Soccer Youth Association (SAY), National Federation of High Schools Licensee, Member of the United States Indoor Soccer Association, Member of NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) and owner of a local indoor soccer venue. Coach Oscar is the Boys Varsity Coach for Archbishop Coleman Carroll High School. Coach Oscar played soccer extensively through high school. Besides coaching soccer, he is a Christian Reverend, married for 25 years and father of three children. Coach Oscar’s philosophy: “I believe that player development is much more important than winning at young ages. However, I do believe it is important for a team to find the right level to play in order for a good team spirit to develop. It is usually more fun to win than lose, but playing a game and losing where every player played well and gained valuable playing experience should be celebrated”  He can be reached @
